Keep Every ‘Body’ Active!

We all know the importance of daily physical activity, but getting started or making it part of your routine can often be a challenge.

Although the good news is many of your daily activities can be as valuable to your overall health and wellness as traditional exercise activities. Keeping active doesn’t always mean going to the gym. Activity can be anything from taking the stairs more often, to taking a short walk at lunch, or being part of a recreational sports team. Focus on moving your body as much as possible throughout the day!
