Unauthorized Requests of Quotations for Printer Toner

Unauthorized Requests for Quotations February 2018

It has been brought to our attention that a number of companies have received fraudulent requests for quotations, appearing to be sent from Nestlé and requested under the name “Leslie Nicholson, Head of Procurement”. The email addresses that is being used is [email protected], and is not a legitimate Nestlé email address. This fraudster is attempting to order products and have them shipped to what they may be claiming as Nestlé locations.

If you receive a suspicious request, please do not engage by calling or emailing the contact provided. We encourage you to report these fraudulent requests to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (www.antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/index-eng.htm) or to your local police department.

We encourage you to work with your regular or existing Nestlé Canada contact by calling them directly to confirm any requests for quotations, or if you have any questions or concerns.
