The past year has interrupted and challenged the lives of Canadians in countless ways, providing fewer opportunities and less time to recharge. At the same time, Canada’s frontline workers continue to make immense personal sacrifices to protect the health and wellness of their fellow Canadians.

“Nescafé is proud to recognize Canada’s frontline and community heroes from coast-to-coast,” says Carm DaSilva, VP of Marketing, Coffee, Nestle Canada. “To thank them for their tireless efforts and contributions, as a small token of our appreciation, we have launched a national program where we will deliver over 6 million Nescafé Sweet & Creamy coffee breaks to help frontline workers rest and recharge.”

Recharging Canada’s Hardest Workers

A year into the pandemic, Canada’s frontline workers continue to support their communities and work tirelessly to help flatten the curve. Nescafé Sweet & Creamy has kicked off the year with a new national sampling program that reaches over 150,000 frontline workers at select healthcare institutions and regional essential services including  North York General Hospital, The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), Alberta Health Services and British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). The national sampling program will fuel more than 6 million coffee breaks, providing Canadians with an opportunity to recharge, as they continue to save lives and support their communities.

A Sweet & Creamy Way to Recharge

If this year has shown anything, it is that Canadians need to take a moment for themselves to recharge. While life is hectic, coffee should be simple, which is why Nescafé Sweet & Creamy wants to help people find a moment of calm in their day.
